Responding to the call of the Government and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Sotrans Group and member companies, including Sotrans Logistics, Vietranstimex, Sowatco have quickly implemented the necessary activities to contribute to Covid-19 Vaccine Fund, joining hands with the Government, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the community to repel and defeat the Covid-19 pandemic.
June 16th, 2021, Mr. Kevin Khoi - Human Resources Manager, the representative of Sotrans Group and member companies presented a symbolic board of 1,126,000,000 VND (1.126 billion VND) to Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting resources for localities to purchase vaccines to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. The above donation amount has been deducted from Sotrans Group’s and member companies’ business operating profit.
In addition to the donation by cash to Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Sotrans Group has quickly implemented and working with some organizations & VNVC… to speed up the process of implementing Covid-19 vaccination for its employees, with the highest determination to protect our people from Covid-19 and sharing the burden with the Government in this period. Sotrans Group has also joined hands with the locality to build the programs to repel Covid-19, bringing meaningful activities to the community and showing social responsibility of a leading Port, Port Logistics, Transportation and integrated Logistics operator.
