Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone

A Comfort Zone is a psychological state in which things feel familiar to a person and they are at ease and (perceive they are) in control of their environment, experiencing low levels of anxiety and stress. In this zone, a steady level of performance is possible.

It’s easy to just keep doing what you feels familiar - but here’s why you should step out of your Comfort Zone:

  • Without risk, there is no rewar
  • You will learn something new
  • Complacency is a creativity killer
  • It will set you up for success
  • Great things never came from the Comfort Zone

What Awaits You Outside Of Your COMFORT ZONE?
When stepping out of the Comfort Zone, you will enter the Fear Zone and the Learning Zone, before entering the Growth Zone.

It takes courage to step from the Comfort Zone into the Fear Zone. Without a clear roadmap, it is impossible to face and resolve new situations by basing on previous experiences. This can cause anxiety and despondency. However, don't let fear obscure your vision, the Fear Zone can be a necessary step on route to the Learning Zone and Growth Zone, where you will have the opportunity to learn a variety of new skills and knowledge.

The more you learn and experience, the more confident you are in your abilities and the more you will be ready for new challenges. Once you reach the Learning Zone and the Growth Zone, you will soon recover when facing with difficult situations and adapting to succeed. 

From now on, build yourself a solid foundation of energy and positive energy to move forward every day and stepping out of your Comfort Zone. Small changes accumulated from today will create power to change your life one day.
