Vietranstimex Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Goldwind

On December 2nd, at Melia Hotel, Hanoi, Vietranstimex Multimodal Transport Joint Stock Company (VTT) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Goldwind International Vietnam Co., Ltd (Goldwind) with the attendance of Mr. Bui Quang Lien – General Manager of Vietranstimex; Mr. Dong Yin Ming - Asia General Magager of Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co.,Ltd; Mr. Ngo Tien Dat - Business Development Director of Goldwind International Vietnam Co., Ltd together with the witness of leaders and members of VTT and Goldwind.

Under the Agreement, VTT and Goldwind will be strategic partners, trust each other in the process of operation and business in the near future. Accordingly, VTT will provide transportation and installation services in line with Goldwind's current operations as well as future projects; combine its products and services with Goldwind's policies and strategies to provide transportation and installation services directly to the partners connected by Goldwind; introduce Goldwind's capacity and experience to customers. VTT will cooperate with Goldwind to implement projects to ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, implement clean and sustainable development, ... and commit to providing high quality human resources, facilities and equipment, meet progress and ensure absolute safety for projects where Goldwind provides equipment, act as EPC general contractor or as an Investor in the near future.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dong Yin Ming - Asia General Manager - Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co.,Ltd said: “In a meeting last month, Goldwind was very impressed with a the solid background of VTT has built in the logistics market, especially the achievements in the transportation and installation of wind power projects of VTT in Vietnam in recent years. We have always appreciated VTT's transportation capacity and the Goldwind's market share in Vietnam will be continued growing. We believe that, through this agreement, we will have more opportunities to cooperate together in the near future. Finally, we believe that with the efforts of both sides, we will have greater contribution to Vietnam's renewable energy industry...”

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Tien Dat - Business Development Director - Goldwind International Vietnam Co., Ltd shared "Goldwind is a leading enterprise in China, having joined the Vietnamese market for nearly 5 years and has been developing a number of wind power projects in Vietnam. Goldwind has also built offices, warehouses as well as trained human resources to serve in long-term under-operation projects in Vietnam, to create Goldwind's reputation and ensuring the best results in Vietnam. Goldwind highly appreciates the results that VTT has achieved in this market and wishes to always cooperate with strong, capable and reputable partners like VTT and will need more support from VTT in other upcoming works…”
