On July 10th, 2023, at the Vietranstimex Office, SOTRANS and the Red Cross of District 4 successfully organized a health consultation session. The program was attended by Dr. Tran Thi Tham – a Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Blood Donation Center, along with the SOTRANS family.

This consultation session is an vital step in the annual Blood Donation Day held by SOTRANS Group. The program covered various topics related to knowledge about blood types, blood-borne diseases, the benefits of blood donation, , the way to take care of the health in the pre-donation, during-donation, and post-donation, as well as the legal regulations and rights for blood donors…

The consultation session aimed to prepare for the upcoming blood donation day and attracted great interest and active participation from SOTRANS members. Dr. Tran Thi Tham effectively delivered her professional knowledge in a clear and understandable manner, helping the members gain a better understanding of the blood donation process and the importance of blood donation to the community.

The participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive thorough explanations from the doctor, which instilled confidence and readiness to participate in the upcoming blood donation activity.

This program provides an opportunity for the SOTRANS family to enhance their awareness of personal health care, promote a positive and healthy lifestyle, and contribute to sharing love and responsibility with the community.
