On February 16th, 2022, the Signing Ceremony of Business Collaboration Agreement between Vietranstimex Multimodal Transport Holding Company (Vietranstimex) and Petrovietnam Marine Shipyard JSC (PVMS) took place successfully in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province and participated by the representatives of Vietrantimex including Mr. Bui Quang Lien - General Director; Mr. Duong Viet Cuong - Deputy Director - Northern Branch; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long - Commercial Director and the representatives of PVMS including: Mr. Nguyen Quang Hieu - General Director; Mr. Nguyen Nam Anh - Deputy General Director with other members of two sides.

According to the cooperation agreement, each party is allowed to use the resources of the parties (Including legal bases, offices, factories, depot, equipment, and human resources,…) to participate in the marketing, bidding and construction of projects that both parties are interested in. This is will be an important step for the two sides to continue to promote and maximize potentials, positions and competitiveness, contributing to promoting growth, enhancing business efficiency and competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets.
